These are 100% cotton shirts and are pre-shrunk, however they will still shrink a little after a wash and dry. Please have a close look at the sizing charts attached. Smaller grade 7's will fit into a Youth Medium. A youth XL is the same size as an Adult small but is about 2 inches shorter in the body.
